Calendar of His Stops in 2017

Santa in Denver includes stops all over the metro area. You'll find him ready to hear kids' gift requests at many shopping malls as well as at some major attractions, including the Downtown Aquarium and Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum.

We've made our list — and checked it twice — of the Mile High City's best places to see Santa before he leaves on his Christmas Eve journey.

Cherry Creek Shopping Mall

Dates: 11/9 - 12/24

Santa is in search of members to join his elite flight crew, so they can help him prepare for his Christmas Eve mission. If your kiddos are up for the challenge, bring them to Cherry Creek Shopping Mall where they can try on a virtual flight suit, learn how to navigate and power Santa's sleigh, get a personalized badge showing they're part of his crew, and have their photo taken with Santa. 

This interactive flight experience runs through Dec. 24 in the mall's Grand Court.

Breakfast with Santa at CU South Denver

Dates: 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 & 12/23

Another stop for Santa in Denver is the South Denver campus of the University of Colorado (10035 S. Peoria Street, Lone Tree). This event includes a hot breakfast buffet and lots of kids activities in addition to a visit with Santa. They will also be serving bloody mary's and mimosas (additional charge) for the adults. He will be there four times in December from 9am to 11am.

Santa's Village at Chatfield Farms

Dates: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: Nov. 24 – Dec. 24, 2017

Santa will also be making his way to the Botanic Gardens. He will be stopping by the Chatfield Farms location every weekend between November 24 and Christmas Eve. His reindeer and he will arrive at 4:30pm and leave again at 8:30pm (last entry at 7:30pm). You can meet with Santa, enjoy crafts with Mrs. Claus, and stroll through their colorful holiday lights display. Chatfield Farms is at 8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Road in Littleton.

Christmas Markets

You will also find Santa in Denver at these holiday Christmas markets.

11/3 - 11/5: Colorado Country Christmas Gift Show will be held at the Denver Mart in early November, this three-day event features hand crafted goodies from more than 400 vendors, Santa will be hanging out all weekend long. Tickets are available at the door.

11/17 - 11/19: Holiday Food & Gift Festival is at the National Western Complex this holiday season. Santa will be here all three days. Tickets are available at the door.

Union Station

Another stop for Santa in Denver is Union Station. This year, he will make his way to this gorgeous location 5 times throughout the holidays.

Here is his 2017 schedule:

Flatiron Crossing

Come to Santa's headquarters at Flatiron Crossing shopping center where kids can try out elf-ray vision, the Naughty-or-Nice O' Meter, and more. Santa is available through Dec. 24 for photos with your kids — and cat or dog! 

There's also a gift-giving tree where you can pick a tag and purchase items for local children in need. 

Santa in Denver: Park Meadows

Dates: 11/10 - 12/24

Through Dec. 24, visit Santa at Dillard's Court at Park Meadows shopping center. Your kids will get to tell Santa what they want for Christmas, plus your gift will be a $30 coupon for Tiny Prints where you can make personalized cards and gifts. 

Reservations and pre-order photo discounts are available. 

Breakfast With Santa at the Downtown Aquarium

Dates: 12/9, 12/10, 12/16, 12/17, 12/20 - 12/24

If you're visiting Denver in December, be sure to stop at the Downtown Aquarium. Not only is it one of the city's top attractions but it's also hosting a yummy breakfast buffet with Santa and the aquarium's mascot, Sharkey. 

Reservations are required, so call 303-561-4450 as soon as possible.

Holidays at the Hanger at the Wings Museum

Date: 12/10

The Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum is always a good time, and your kids will especially love it when Santa parks his sleigh in its airplane hangar for a special Christmas-time stop. Bring your family to the Museum on Dec. 10 between noon and 4 p.m. where you can write your wish list and meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Olde Town Arvada: Saturdays With Santa

Come to charming and historic Olde Town Arvada for Saturdays with Santa from noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 2, 9, and 16. Santa will be available for free photos in exchange for canned food donations that will go to a local food bank.

You can also enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides, bluegrass performers, hot chocolate and treats, and the area's many boutiques and restaurants.

Breakfast With Santa in Littleton

Head to Littleton for breakfast with Santa that includes pancakes and photo opps with the jolly old man. The event takes place at the Douglas A. Buck Community Recreation Center on Dec. 2 at either 8:30 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. Reservations are required for both times.

Hard Rock Cafe Breakfast With Santa

You and your kids will have a rockin' good time during this Santa in Denver stop. Santa will be available for storytime and photos, plus there will be a breakfast buffet, arts and crafts, and silent auction with proceeds benefitting local charities. 

The breakfasts are from 9 to 11 a.m. on Dec. 2, 9, 16, and 23. Call 303-623-0856 for reservations.

Olde Golden Christmas

Dates: 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, & 12/23

Santa will be making his way to Golden for four days this December. He will be stopping by during the Olde Golden Christmas Parades in the historic downtown area. In addition to seeing Santa, you can also enjoy floats, classic cars, and other parade participants. There will also be plenty of other activities both before and after each parades.

St. Nick on the Bricks

Dates: 11/24, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, & 12/23

Spend some time with Santa this holiday season as he makes his way to Boulder. He will be taking requests from all the good girls and boys at the Downtown Boulder Visitor Information Center. It's free to the public from 11am to 2pm all six days. Don't forget to bring your camera.
