Sporting Events: The NHL's Colorado Avalanche are Denver's home team and have about 5 to 10 games during the month of March. The Avalanche is a great way to cheer on the local team, or possibly see your team play against them at Denver's Pepsi Center. Find out more about the Avalanche here.
