One of the best things to do in Denver in July is head out on a guided tour. Make sure you start your day with the free history walking tour of the city. It starts at 10 a.m. in Civic Center Park.
Other fun tours this month include cruising around town on a Segway or a Scooter.
One of my favorite things to do in Denver in July is to head to the theater. Denver is well known for bringing in big name productions such as Hamilton, An American in Paris, and Finding Neverland.
You can also catch a more intimate performance at theaters all around town.
The Colorado Rockies hit the field against MLB teams such as the Tampa Bay Rays, Atlanta Braves, and the L.A. Dodgers, at Coors Field during July.

July is the warmest month of the year in Denver. Days typically start out in the mid-50s, then top off in the upper 80s and sometimes 90s. With average rainfall at only 1.7 inches, July is one of the drier summer months.
Pack summer clothes for sightseeing during the day, but bring along a light sweater or jacket for those evening outdoor concerts. Whatever activity you choose, it's best to have several layers available during your Denver stay. And don't forget your sunglasses — Denver has more than 300 sunny days a year.
