The biggest Memorial Day ceremony this weekend is the Veterans Memorial Day Tribute Ceremony at the POF Hall at 1340 Sherman St just south of the Colorado State Capitol Building. The event honors Colorado's fallen soldiers with a parade and ceremony. It's on the Saturday before the holiday and starts at 10am.
Another annual ceremony is at the Fort Logan National Cemetery at 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue. The event features guest speakers and ends with a 21-gun salute. All activities are near the lake and start at around 11am on Monday.

The Who's Tommy is the story of a young man that retreats from the world after an unfortunate accident. He then discovers his talent to win at Pinball, which turns him into a success. This musical drama is on stage twice on Saturday and once on Sunday. All shows are at the Stage Theater.

Spend Memorial Day weekend in Denver at the ballpark and cheer on the Rockies! The team faces the Cincinnati Reds on May 25 - 27.
Then on May 28, they start a three-game series against the San Francisco Giants. Grab a hot dog, a cold drink, and enjoy a game at Coors Field this holiday weekend!

16th Street Mall
This one-day music festival benefiting children's nonprofit Amp the Cause features five stages of local and national musicians. All performances are downtown on the 16th Street Mall. Admission is free. Vendors and food trucks will be onsite.
Spend the night with comedian and political commentator Bill Maher. He will take the stage at 8pm and discuss his views on what is happening in our world with a focus on politics. It will be a night full of fun and comedy at the Buell Theatre in downtown Denver.
The Colorado Symphony performs Friday, Saturday and Sunday night during Memorial Day Weekend in Denver. This weekend's performance is Two Titans: Bernstein & Mahler.

Get in on the excitement of world-class soccer when the Colorado Rapids take on the Portland Timbers. This 7pm game is at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City.
30th & Walnut to Folsom Field
One of the largest and most popular road races in the US is in BolderBoulder on Memorial Day. With more than 50,000 runners every year, the BolderBOULDER's 100 different waves of athletes start at 6:50am on Monday morning.
The International Pro Race starts at 11:15am. These runners race though the course with the first participants finishing around 11:45am.
Make sure to stick around Folsom Field for the Memorial Day Tribute. It's one of the largest in the US with more than 70,000 spectators.
