Halloween parties in Denver 2019 include many chances to dress up in ghoulish gear and dance to monster beats in some of the Mile High City’s most terrifyingly terrific venues. We’ve narrowed down the list to make it easier to find the best one this year.

Halloween Spookeasy at The Cottonwood Club
Date: 11/1 starting at 8pm
Location: Ironworks at 2027 W Colfax Avenue
Celebrate Halloween at the new Gatsby inspired Cottonwood Club inside Ironworks on Colfax. Make sure to dress up in your best dead Halloween character from the 1920s and enjoy a night of music, dancing, mingling and fun.
The evening includes fire, spooky corners, Burlesque performers, and touring acts including The Honey Taps and Circus Foundry. You can also sip on carefully crafted cocktails, beers, and wine.
This is a Halloween party in Denver you will not soon forget!
Coloween: Halloween Parties in Denver
Date: 10/26, 9 p.m. — 2 a.m.
Location: Stanley Marketplace, 2501 Dallas St in Aurora
Cost: $79 and up, includes open bar
Ghouls, ghosts, and other costumed guests will have the run of downtown’s whimsical Curtis Hotel. This is one of the Halloween parties in Denver that includes three ballrooms of DJs, live music and performers, and 28 bartenders at your service. Plus, you can enter one of Denver’s biggest costume contests with a top prize of $1,500.
Denver halloween Bar Crawl
Dates: 10/25 and 10/26, 8 p.m.
Location: Starting location is TBD
Celebrate Halloween on this bar crawl that takes you to some of downtown’s best lounges. Your ticket gets you gift cards and drink specials at in several locations. Get into the spirit by posting photos of your costume on social media for a chance at the $500 prize.
Denver Halloween: 9th Annual Charity Event
Date: 10/26 starting at 8pm
Location: McNichols Civic Center Building
Cost: Starts at $55 per person
Enjoy Paranormal Place at the McNichols Civic Center Building as you celebrate Halloween and help raise money for the V2 Education Foundation. It’s one of the most popular Halloween parties in Denver every year and is sure to sell out.
The event includes 30+ performers, 4 DJs, 3 floors, and live bands. Your ticket includes alcohol all night long. Make sure to wear your best costume in order to enter for the best costume of the night which could net you up to $5,000!
Halloween Costume Party
Date: TBD from 8:30pm to 12am
Location: Genesee Pub and BBQ in Golden
Cost: $5
This is one of the Halloween parties in Denver where you want to come decked out in your best costume and you MUST be in costume to attend. Genesee Pub & BBQ in Golden is the setting and features drink specials, food, and 80s & beyond music from the FINALEYES! The fun starts at 8:30pm and they will be serving food until 11pm.
Halloween Party: Mystery Bash
Date: TBD from 7:30pm to 10pm
Location: Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, 30 W. Dale St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903
Cost: $10 and up
Get a look at Colorado Springs’ darkside at this year’s Mystery Bash at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center. This annual event features a popular costume contest, live music, and other entertainment. Make sure to stop by the photo booth for fun pics of your costume this year and pick up some goodies at the top local food trucks.
Halloween Costume Ball
Dates: TBD starts at 9pm
Location: Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel
Cost: $34-39
This year’s Halloween Costume Ball will be at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel just steps from the 16th Street Mall. This exclusive costume ball will feature several cash bars with cocktails, beer, and wine. The «Best of the Ball» contest awards $1,000 to the best-costumed guest, and DJs will get you on the dance floor with their mix of Latin, Top 40, hip-hop, soul, and pop sounds. It’s one of the Halloween parties in Denver you do not want to miss!
Denver LoDo HalloWeekend Pub Crawl
Dates: 10/26, 4 p.m. — 10 p.m.
Location: The Pour House at 1435 Market St
Cost: $10 and up, find tickets at a discount on Goldstar
Pub crawl in costume through the LoDo district, Denver’s birthplace that is now a nightlife hub. After getting your wristband and map of participating bars, spend Halloween weekend walking from one fun LoDo establishment to the next, sampling drink and food specials along the way. It’s an easy and affordable way to check out many Denver hotspots!

Billed as «Colorado’s Biggest Halloween Costume Party,» come dressed to dance at this celebration featuring five stages of entertainment. Your ears will enjoy the sonic Halloween treats by acts such as DJs Porter Robinson, Deorro, Gabriel & Dresden, and more. This is one of the only Halloween Parties in Denver on my list that is ages 16+.
Halloween Drink & Dance Celebration!!
Date: 10/31
Location: The Highland’s Masonic Events Center, 3550 N. Federal Blvd.
If you love to dance, then this is the celebration for you! This Halloween Party in Denver is all about salsa and bachata. It also includes a potluck dinner, so make sure to bring something along.
This dance class plus Halloween celebration starts at 7:30 pm and runs until 11:30pm. Don’t forget to bring along any wine or drinks you would like to consume.
One Flew West Halloween Party
Date: 10/31
Location: Globe Hall, 4483 Logan St.
Spend the evening listening to the punk rock band One Flew West at Globe Hall. Three other acts will also be on stage including Coastal Wives, Dirty Rotten Rhymers, and Sex Tapes.
The event starts at 8 pm and runs until 2 am.
